Fraser joined CP as a partner in 1981. With over 30 years experience on a global scale in the business consulting/financial arena, he is the former Chairman of Ernst & Young Consulting, Canada. With years of experience on Ernst & Young's many international committees such as the International Management Consulting and Global Corporate Finance Committees, Fraser has had extensive international experience in arranging the purchase, sale and financing of businesses in a wide variety of industries. After retiring from Ernst & Young in September 2000, Fraser is working closely with CP leading the corporate development team to further business initiatives world-wide in addition to chairing the GMB and BDP.
Peter founded CP in 1978. With over 35 years experience in the imaging business, he has broad experience in photochemical manufacturing, international marketing, and general management. Peter is part of the corporate development team and, as a director of the GMB, is responsible for operations of the 3 regions: Europe, Asia and Americas.
Phil joined CP in 1986, as a District Manager in the Toronto Region. Prior to joining CP he worked in numerous key positions in the photofinishing industry in Quality control management, production management and was the Plant Manager of a large Canadian wholesale photofinisher. Phil relocated to Kuala Lumpur in 1991, where he assumed overall business responsibilities as the General Manager of the Asia Region, including Middle East and Africa. In 2002, Phil was repatriated to Canada and appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of CP. He subsequently returned to Asia and was appointed Managing Director of the CP Brand worldwide reporting directly to the CEO in 2009.
Stefan is Global Finance Director with responsibility for global banking relationships, insurance, taxation and acquisitions. He has a strong background in international finance most recently with the Chalon acquisition. Stefan joined Droqsacolor in December 2005 as Financial Manager and was responsible for all financial operations of CP in Europe. Previously he spent a number of years as a financial manager in Italy and Spain for an international publishing group.
Sherry Gearing, with thirty years of Kodak manufacturing experience, joined CPI as Site Manager with the acquisition of Kodak's Rochester Photochemical manufacturing site. Sherry earned her MSc. and BA as well as CPIM and CPM APICS certifications. From a supply chain and logistics role she progressed through IT and quality functions to equipment manufacturing with her last assignment being Photochem Operations Manager in Rochester.
Rae is Global Vice President and member of the Global Management Board with responsibility for customer relationship management and worldwide purchasing. Rae joined CP in 1980. He was, for a number of years, Operations Manager for the Americas. Rae was involved in launching CP in the United Kingdom. In 1993, he moved into OEM and X-ray sales in the Americas. In 2006 Rae relocated to France as Transition Manager of our recently acquired factory in Chalon-sur-Saône, where he contributed to the successful transfer from Kodak to Champion production. This was followed by another European posting as Managing Director overseeing the commercial functions of the company. Rae is now responsible for the Champion purchasing function and member of the Champion Inkjet team.
Kate joined CP in November 1998. After graduating with a B.Sc. majoring in chemistry from Paisley University, Scotland, she immigrated to Canada where her career progressed over a 17 year period with a chemical specialty company from the R&D Lab to field sales, sales/marketing management and general management. After 8 years as General Manager, Americas, in 2006 she took on the added role of Global Business Director having WW responsibility for business processes for the CP group. Currently she is a member of the Champion Inkjet team, with particular focus on sales in the Americas.
Derek joined CP in August 2010 as the Sales Director responsible for EAMER (Europe, Africa and the Middle East Region) and is also the worldwide project leader for the Inkjet business. He was Managing Director of Champion Photochemistry International Limited from 1987 until April 2005, and from May 2005 to December 2008 he was the General Manager of Snappy Snaps. Derek is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and past President of the British Photographic and Imaging Association.
Mike is Controller, Americas with responsibility for financial reporting and cost management at Champion Photochemistry Incorporated. Mike is a 1987 accounting graduate of Humber College, Toronto. In 1993 he joined the company in the accounts payable department and progressed through several positions to become Financial Manager in 2004. In 2006 Mike assumed the role of Site Manager, CPL before moving into his current role as Controller, Americas.
Andy joined CP in September 2004. He holds a B.Sc. (Hon) degree, majoring in Biochemistry & Microbiology; completed his diploma in Accounting & Finance and has an MBA from International Islamic University Malaysia. For the last 11 years, Andy has gained experience working in the region where his last post was Regional Sales Manager - Asean for a US multi-national in the construction business. Andy manages operations in Malaysia.
Americas
